I am a Post-doctoral fellow at the University of Mannheim. I am working for the ERC funded Project Repression and the Escalation of Political Violence (RATE) together with Professor Sabine Carey.
My research interests are civil wars dynamics, violent and nonviolent strategies and tactics, and the escalation of political violence. I am currently studying how the behaviour of state and non-state actors escalates violence in conflict and post-conflict settings.
Find out more about the RATE project here and follow the activities of our research group at Mannheim here.
